A trio of seasoned creatives as well as spiritual seekers, Bev Donofrio, Beth Lisick, and Ned Leavitt will discuss how vulnerable we feel when we put our creations out into the world. How do we cultivate the kind of courage that withstands the inevitable setbacks and rejections. And how do we build the resilience that can sustain us over the long haul. Our conversation will explore how the inevitable ups and downs of the creative process is very similar to our spiritual practice. In both cases how do we show up each day, get out of the way, and know that we are engaged in something much larger than ourselves? And know that our chosen spiritual practice strengthens our creativity, and conversely, the courage of our creative process deepens our spiritual practice.
